I made this cake for a little boy a few years ago, and a memory of this cake came up recently. The smile on his face made my day! Such a lovely memory!

It's been a hectic and exciting last few days! I had 6 cakes to bake and decorate and one of them was for a competition to raise money for a charity called Smile. The theme was, What makes YOU smile? It was great to create a spring garden using my own ideas. I titled my cake, The Joy of spring. Well, I won 1st place and received some amazing prizes!
