Special visitors in Albertinia today!
Fifth-generation bakers from Bäckerei Glutsch stopped by all the way from Germany. After something to eat and drink, they visited us in the kitchen to see how we bake our sourdough bread — and gave us a quick demo on shaping a proper Laugenbrezel. Maxine Glutsch

Coffee houses have always been places where people exchange ideas. When a friendly group of tourists from Saudi Arabia asked if they could show us how they prepare iced coffee, we welcomed the opportunity to learn, experience, and taste something new.
Their recipe: They used our Chemex. They added 20g of filter coffee per cup, 150g of ice per cup, and 150g of water per cup. They usually use a V60 to prepare this and not a Chemex. Try it and let us know what you think?
