I have been creating and making cakes and cupcakes for 7 years. I used to make cakes for family and friends for Birthday's, but now Nikki's Bluebird Bakery is for everyone!

I had the absolute honour of making a very special cake for a very special little lady to celebrate the end of her horrible and gruelling treatment! I have been in absolute awe of Rachel and her family over the past few years, her bravery and courage is astounding! She truly is a real life super hero!
