While we wait for the summer to come, we will enjoy our time with our family and the people we love….. obviously the pasta is part of that family and whilst we prepare and eat it, we come up with the best ideas……also we like to take this moment to thank for all the hard work he did for us and sticking by us, even in the hardest times. Did you try our Neapolitan Zizzona?

Zizzona in Neapolitan dialect means big b**b and this is how we call our superb buffalo mozzarella, in this case slightly battered and deep fried on a low temp just to make sure that the cheese will be melted and delicious, underneath there is a Pepe tomato and jalapeño puree and a beautiful homemade pesto genovese. Last evening it was just the best seller.

In Rome they are called suppli and they are vegetarian stuffed with mozzarella…..

In Sicily they are called arancini and in this case they are stuffed with meat ragu.

In Naples we call them both risotto balls to make life easier!!
