💔 A little update from Cold Bites…

As many of you know, our trailer is still for sale, but we had recently decided that until it found its new owner, with the help of our team still out of school they would be continuing to work the trailer and be back operating and serving our cold bites friends.

Unfortunately, while preparing for an event this coming weekend, we discovered that the connection cable needed to power our entire trailer had been stolen. This wasn’t just a regular extension cord it was a specific electrical connection that was custom-made specifically for our trailer, so unfortunately, it is not cheap or easy to replace.

Because of this, we lost all of the products we had stored, and it has now put us at a complete standstill when it comes to attending outside events or trying to come back and sell.

It’s heartbreaking and incredibly discouraging.
For now, the trailer is still for sale, but unfortunately, our plans to continue operating have been placed on hold. 😔

‼️ 💙An Unexpected Update from Cold Bites💙

This is a post we never expected to write, especially just shortly after opening day.

After much prayer and careful consideration, our family has made the difficult decision to sell our snow cone trailer and equipment. Due to some unexpected personal circumstances, we need to simplify a few things and focus on what matters most right now.

We want everyone to know that Cold Bites is not going away. We are not selling the Cold Bites name, brand, recipes, or business. We hope to continue doing occasional pop-up events and special appearances when time allows.

What we are selling is our fully-equipped trailer and equipment package, which includes:
✅ Mobile concession trailer
✅ 20+ flavor concentrates/syrups
✅ Mini-split A/C unit
✅ 45” TV
✅ Deep freezer
✅ Prep table
✅ Health department-approved 4-compartment sink system
✅ Shaved Ice Machine
✅ Additional equipment and supplies

This has been an incredibly difficult decision because we were so excited for the season ahead and were overwhelmed by the support we received from this amazing community. We are beyond grateful for every customer, every share, every recommendation, and every kind word.
