Hello everyone -- we have a question. What do you all think about adding fresh gourmet Spring Rolls to the menu? We are looking to add some fresh options to our menu, but in true EggRoll Factory fashion we are wanting to add a twist like a Mediterranean Spring Roll with zuchnini strings, artichoke hearts, olives, basil, & lettuce ... What are your thoughts and spring roll ideas?

We had little fender bender restaurant style last week. A car accidentally drove into our neighbor's storefront and ours - fortunately no one was hurt. We have been operational for business but we will be closed Tuesday, July 3rd for repairs and Wednesday, July 4th for the holiday.
(BTW, we have been lying low working on a new exciting menu items that is coming very soon!)
