About the Role
The successful couple will assist with the day-to-day operation of the property, including:
* Housekeeping and presentation of our luxury treehouses.
* Guest service and hospitality support.
* Property monitoring and caretaking duties.
* Assisting with general operational tasks.
* Supporting the café and kitchen team when required.
* Ensuring guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay.
Essential Requirements
* Previous Front of House hospitality experience is essential.
* Housekeeping experience in accommodation, hotels, resorts, or similar environments.
* Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to help wherever needed.
Highly Regarded
* Experience as a Head Housekeeper, Housekeeping Supervisor, Team Leader, or Caretaker.
* Basic kitchen skills or a genuine willingness to learn and assist in food preparation.
* Maintenance, gardening, or handyman experience.
* Experience working within luxury accommodation or tourism operations.
