Our adventure begins again….

After a short delay due to puppies……(8 adorable kelpie pups who I love with every inch of my being), Tarrant, Java and I are back on track for traveling Australia. So many lessons, memories made and shifted energy, I can honestly say it was so worth the delay.

Now we are hanging out on the river, sipping cacao and bird watching(Tarrant’s favourite activity…more obsession haha), we are loving it!

The Heart Space is an exciting course that I have created from my life experiences over the past 35 years. These teachings that I share is authentic and truth about ways to trust yourself again and open your heart to what is possible.

The course covers a number of topics and all of them are connected. So your heart will be so full after each session.

đź’śSetting intention should be an important teaching when we are children because this ability to set your intention on anything in your life is so so powerful. Not waste your time focusing on aspects of the world you don't want or like. Because that is where the power and energy will flow. You create your reality with your intention. Use it wisely.

🧡Goal Setting goes with intention setting. It is important to have balance in your life, as well as being able to look to the past or future for guidance. Then bringing it back to the now so you can be guided with your heart to lay the path ahead.
