Happy July 1st! After successfully selling our assets thanks to Restaurants-for Sale-with Emily Benedict in April, it was time to take a well-deserved break.

The constant hustle and grind had taken its toll on me both mentally and physically. The weight of responsibilities and no employees had become overwhelming.

The last 60 days were dedicated solely to ourselves. But it wasn't all about solitary pursuits. We also made sure to connect with loved ones, spending quality time with family and friend relishing in the laughter and conversations that had been missed.

With a sense of excitement and anticipation, I bid farewell to 60 days off, grateful for the much-needed respite, but equally eager to dive back into the world of possibilities.

In this next chapter we will prioritize self-care, maintain a healthy work-life balance, and cherish the moments of relaxation amidst the chaos. This time off has been a gift, a rare opportunity to pause and reflect. And now, armed with a renewed sense of purpose, I am excited to embrace the future, confident that the best has yet to come.

It’s game time, and we are ready!!!!!!
