We’ve ordered from Daniel and Alex a few times in recent years but we’re so excited to be able to finally run a wider selection of their stuff in house for June!

Espresso currently is a beautiful natural Rwandan coffee with bright sweet notes of pineapple, green apple and red berries 🍍🍏🍓🇷🇼

We’ve stacked the shelves with truly stunning retail INCLUDING some Double Carbonic Maceration lots from La Luisa in Colombia (one for all you Co-Ferment fans for sure!) 🇨🇴

Thanks to Daniel for sourcing all of the incredible coffees we have in store right now and we can’t wait to hear what you all think!

OUR “COLD BREW”

Why the air quotes? We’re glad you asked!

A truly wonderful cold brew is always effortless than just putting coffee grounds and cold water in the fridge for ages. Being big on Batch Brew we take a different approach: brewing hot, concentrated filter over ice to flash freeze all that deliciousness in.

Pair this process with a crazy Passionfruit co-fermented Colombian coffee from El Vergel estate and you’ve got arguably the best drink for 30C weather.

Not all cookies are made equally. We know this, you know this, the world knows this. Sometimes they’re even biscuits masquerading as cookies.

But not this one.

Peanut butter and Jelly (it’s jam really) folded into a cookie and rolled in toasted crumbs before baking. Look at the crumb. LOOK AT IT 👀😍

NEW GUEST SERVE: NO CHOCOLATE.

Ever wanted to drink dark chocolate bar? Well we have that (for now).

“No Chocolate” is our answer to a question no one asked: How chocolatey can you make a coffee with just coffee and milk? And none of this fake chocolate either: a 80% high quality dark chocolate.

How are we doing it? A big funky single farm lot from El Esmerelda in Quindio, Colombia. Tons of mixed berry and dark chocolate liqueur. Add a few lashings of Cryo-Concentrated milk to amp that up and you have arguably the richest drink we’ve ever made.

BACK AT IT!

Thank you for your patience all but you can stop your panicking because service has resumed: balance is restored.

8 o’clock onwards and we’ll be running our current espresso from tasting like Stewed Peaches and Dark Chocolate. Super rich and jammy.
