We would like to address the recent incident that has been widely discussed online. Unfortunately, much of the information currently circulating represents only one side of the story and does not reflect the full reality of what occurred.
First and foremost, we are truly sorry for the loss of the dog. Any loss of an animal is heartbreaking, and we do not take this situation lightly.
About Gola: Gola is a mix of supermarket and restaurant, with multiple refrigerators and storage areas. This setup is standard for our business operations.
We would have welcomed a constructive dialogue with the dog’s owner from the very beginning. However, the situation escalated immediately when her friends began sharing information in a local WhatsApp chat that omitted key facts and presented the events in a way that unfairly compromised the restaurant’s reputation.
While we initially did not intend to make this a public issue or share CCTV footage, we have decided to provide factual documentation, including video recordings, to clarify the events for the community.
