UMAMI Restaurant A new story was born in the beautiful Municipality of Arberia in Pristina starting to write a new history for food and wine. Our customers are our inspiration.

Umami is a new restaurant opened in February 2016 in the municipality of Dragodan in Pristina. A cosy place where you will get a very warm welcome and feel like home. Umami has a different concept from the other Restaurants that makes it special. You will get a recommendation from the Chef or other staff for the food that is served and we guarantee that whatever you will get is fresh. Having a fil

et mignon with peppeverde sauce or a fresh made pasta will make a difference in your culinary experience. The taste of Umami will always make you come back. This is the actual meaning of Umami, one of the five basic tastes, the fifth sense in the food, the culmination when having a dinner or lunch in a Restaurant. Food and wine pairing is of our great importance, one of the reasons we sale wines with market prices. Creating a cuisine that satisfies all the customers is not easy, it’s a big challenge. We accept that challenge and for that reason we organize a lot of theme events appreciating all the cuisines in the World so people can taste different flavours in one place. Turkish Night, Greek Night, Colombian night, you name it, followed by a guest Chef from the Country and life music. The wine tastings are our favourite. You can never get enough of a good and quality wine. A lot of farewell parties are held here, meetings, Birthday Parties. You don’t need a big budget to have the party of your dreams in our restaurant. We make it possible, we make it special. Make a difference and come at Umami.
