In Vanuatu, we take coconuts pretty seriously… mostly because they keep finding their way into our food & our drinks.

From fresh coconut water to creamy island dishes and a cocktail or two by the pool, the humble coconut is a pretty important part of life in paradise.

So today, we’re raising a coconut to one of the hardest-working fruits in Vanuatu. 🥥🍹
