Rib-Eye Steak - These Goulbourn Valley (Australia) rib eyes are tender, juicy and very flavourful with just the right amount of fat.

Grass-fed Rib-Eye steak is a premium cut. Sourced from cattle raised solely on pasture, it is generally considered leaner and healthier.

Black Angus Rib Eye - Angus breeds, grazed in the rich, green pastures of Gippsland in Victoria, Australia, this region is internationally renowned for producing high quality cattle.

Sirloin steak, also called a New York Strip, is considered among the higher-end cuts of beef. This cut is preferred by people that like a chewier steak. We recommend Medium Rare.

Tenderloin - A beef tenderloin, known as a fillet in the UK, is cut from the loin of beef. It is greatly desired for being the most tender cut of beef. Please order "Medium Rare".
