Số ngày Feribe đóng cửa trong suốt 4 năm qua có thể đếm trên đầu ngón tay. Mỗi ngày vẫn là từng ấy công việc, vậy mà chưa bao giờ thấy chán. Ly tách, bàn ghế, cây cối đơm hoa rồi lại rụng lá theo mùa, mọi thứ cứ lặng lẽ diễn ra khiến đôi khi có cảm giác như mọi thứ không thay đổi.
Nhưng chiều dài thời gian thì không nói dối.
Ngần ấy năm đủ để nhiều điều đổi khác. Cây sung trước sân giờ đã cao lớn hơn rất nhiều, những viên gạch lát sân bắt đầu phủ rêu, cánh cửa gỗ cũng dần ngả sang màu trầm cổ kính. Chúng tôi đã nâng cấp máy cà phê, thay mới bàn ghế, tạp dề,… và không ngừng hoàn thiện mọi thứ mỗi ngày.
Thế nhưng, nếu phải tìm một lý do để bạn ghé tới Feribe, có lẽ chẳng điều nào trong số đó được nhắc đến trước tiên.
Điều không đổi vẫn là tinh thần và câu chuyện của Feribe Cafe & Bistro.
Mong rằng mỗi khi nhớ về một nơi có cà phê ngon và dịch vụ đủ chân thành để chạm đến trái tim, bạn sẽ nhớ đến chúng tôi. 🤎

One ordinary afternoon, we found ourselves realizing something…
The number of days Feribe has been closed over the past four years can probably be counted on one hand. Every day brings the same familiar work, yet somehow we’ve never grown tired of it. Cups and saucers, tables and chairs, trees blooming and shedding their leaves with the seasons — everything unfolds so quietly that, at times, it feels as though nothing has really changed.
But time never lies.
Over the years, many things have changed. The fig tree in the front yard has grown much taller, the paving stones have begun to gather moss, and the wooden doors have deepened into a richer, more aged tone. We’ve upgraded our coffee equipment, renewed our furniture and aprons, and continued refining every detail along the way.
And yet, if there were one reason for someone to visit Feribe, none of those things would likely be mentioned first.
What remains unchanged is the spirit and story of Feribe Cafe & Bistro.
We hope that whenever you think of good coffee and heartfelt hospitality, Feribe will be one of the places that comes to mind. 🤎
