How lucky we are to have had Miss Đài as part of our journey since day one.

She's the one who keeps everything moving behind the scenes, the one everyone calls "Mom", and the backbone of the team in more ways than one.

Some things at Elgin just wouldn’t be the same without her 🫶🏼�-�Có những người đã là một phần không thể thiếu với một nơi từ những ngày đầu.

Với Elgin, đó là cô Đài. Người luôn tất bật phía sau cánh gà để mọi thứ vận hành trơn tru, là người mà cả team đều thân thương gọi là “má”, và là điểm tựa của tụi mình trong rất nhiều khoảnh khắc.

Elgin sẽ không còn trọn vẹn như hôm nay nếu không có cô.

It’s W**e Wednesday ✨ Let’s talk Blue Slate.

Blue slate is a type of rock found beneath some of the world's most celebrated vineyards. It stores warmth during the day, releases it slowly through the night, and helps vines thrive in cooler climates.
Its mineral-rich soils encourage deep root systems and are often associated with w**es that are fresh, vibrant and beautifully mineral-driven.

It's what happens beneath the surface that makes all the difference.

From blue slate to the glass.

W**e Wednesday đến rồi đây ✨ Hôm nay mình nói về Blue Slate nha.

Blue Slate là một loại đá được tìm thấy bên dưới một số vườn nho nổi tiếng nhất thế giới. Loại đá này hấp thụ hơi ấm vào ban ngày, rồi từ từ tỏa nhiệt trong đêm, giúp cây nho phát triển tốt hơn ở những vùng khí hậu mát lạnh.

Đất giàu khoáng chất cũng khuyến khích rễ nho ăn sâu xuống lòng đất, thường tạo nên những chai vang tươi sáng, sống động và mang vị khoáng rất rõ nét.

Đôi khi, điều tạo nên khác biệt lại nằm ở những thứ ta không nhìn thấy.

Từ lớp đá xanh dưới lòng đất đến từng ly rượu.

Straight off the grill, our Sam Kloe Nang Grilled River Prawns come with crispy garlic, chili, coriander root, pepper, and mae pranom butter.

This recipe is inspired by our dear friend Chef from Bangkok. It's an old family recipe of his passed down, and we’re so excited to put our take on it. Deep umami flavors, best with a steaming hot bowl of rice, and a splash of prik nam pla.

Vừa rời khỏi bếp nướng là lên bàn liền, tôm càng xanh Sam Kloe Nang nướng thơm lừng, phủ tỏi phi giòn rụm, ớt cay nồng, quyện cùng rễ ngò thơm và bơ mae pranom béo đậm hết sảy, thêm chút tiêu cho tròn vị.

Công thức này là "quà" từ anh bạn Chef bên Bangkok. Đây là công thức gia truyền của ảnh giữ qua bao thế hệ, và giờ Elgin đã có cơ hội “twist” lại. Vị umami đậm đà khó cưỡng, ăn kèm chén cơm nóng hổi với chút prik nam pla nữa là hết bài luôn.

Our NZ Lumina Farms Lamb Platter brings together bone-in rack, rump cap, and hot honey glazed skewers, finished with a northern Chinese-inspired soy vinaigrette and a dollop of smoked yoghurt. Bold, juicy, and just the right amount of spice. Exactly how we like it ;)

Ba cách để phải lòng thịt cừu. Món Lamb Platter của tụi mình từ NZ Lumina Farms mang đến ba phần thịt ngon nhất trong cùng một đĩa: sườn que cừu, thăn mông ngoại và xiên cừu nướng phủ mật ong cay, hoàn thiện với sốt giấm đậu nành lấy cảm hứng từ miền Bắc Trung Quốc và một chút sữa chua xông khói.
Đậm đà, mọng nước và cay vừa đủ. Đúng kiểu tụi mình mê ;)
