From Asia to Europe, from tapas to sashimi, from dumpling to pasta, new perspectives are emerging to the delight of food lovers. Grown in japan, Michelin star apprentice in Chinese modern cuisine, he settled in Ho Chi Minh City 4 years ago to open a new kind of restaurant, mixing Spanish tapas and oriental flavors. After 3 years in the South of Vietnam, Yu decided to come to Hanoi to take his idea to the next level with PéPé La Poule.
