A proper vegan burger, made from scratch with love at Rau Ơi. 🤎

Our homemade mushroom patty is made with chickpeas, shiitake mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, sunflower seeds, flaxseed and oats, gently combined with onion and olive oil.

We serve it with our own homemade vegan burger sauce — creamy vegan mayo, mustard, pickle juice, lemon, a touch of sweetness, paprika and black pepper. 🌱

Inside the burger, you’ll find fresh vegetables, pickles, sautéed mushrooms and onions, all tucked into a soft burger bun.
