💥VCU PARTICIPATES IN THE PHILIPPINE COFFEE EXPO 2024

From June 7th to 9th, 2024, Vietnam Coffee United (VCU) will participate in the Philippine Coffee Expo in Makati City, Philippines. This is one of the largest coffee exhibition events in the Asian region for the year 2024.

VCU is the first company in Chu prong District, Gia Lai Province, to have a fully equipped coffee processing plant that produces green coffee beans and roasted coffee. The facility adheres to ISO and FDA standards and utilizes hot-air roasting technology for coffee production, meeting export requirements.

With over three years of development, VCU not only supplies coffee to the domestic market but also exports to countries such as the Philippines, Australia, Japan, Bangladesh,....receiving positive feedback and fostering long-term partnerships.

During this trip to the Philippines, VCU proudly presents its main product lines, produced according to ISO and FDA standards:
• Green Beans coffee: Robusta, Arabica, Excelsa
• Roasted coffee: Robusta, Arabica, Excelsa

VCU aims to expand its market presence, spreading high-quality Vietnamese coffee specialties worldwide. This endeavor also contributes to stable employment and improves the quality of life for local residents in Gia Lai.

👉 In recent years, due to the influence of the third wave of coffee, consumption trends in the coffee industry have changed clearly. Although they can vary from year to year and from one region to another, but here are some generally coffee trends that were popular globally:

🍒 Specialty Coffee: The specialty coffee movement continued to gain momentum, with an increasing focus on high-quality, single-origin beans, precise brewing methods, and a deeper appreciation for the nuances of coffee flavor.

🍒 Sustainable and Ethical Sourcing: Coffee consumers have shown a growing interest in ethically sourced and sustainably grown coffee. There is a demand for coffee that supports fair trade practices, environmental sustainability, and the well-being of coffee farmers.

🍒 Cold Brew and Nitro Coffee: Cold brew coffee and nitro coffee (cold brew infused with nitrogen gas) remained popular choices for those seeking a refreshing and less acidic coffee experience, especially during the warm months.

🍒 Coffee Subscription Services: Subscription services that deliver freshly roasted beans to your doorstep on a regular basis gained popularity, allowing consumers to explore a variety of coffee origins and flavors.
