I am the manager of Canary Bungalow Phu Quoc and I love to cook. I can't call myself a professional chef, but I have had the opportunity to cook many dishes for family, friends and patrons, I've selected a list of bestsellers and favourites to make a menu for you. I am also very happy to share and learn from all of you cooking experiences. I love Vietnamese food, Vietnamese food is very healthy an

d fresh. To enrich my menu and have more options for interested customers, I can also cook some of the most popular Western dishes, you can try my Carbonara pasta, or some other dishes. Food is cooked from chicken (chicken breast, chicken wings or chicken thighs) such as: Chicken wings with honey sauce / passion fruit sauce ... Chicken skewers with BBQ sauce, chicken breast with pepper sauce, chicken curry ... served with baked potatoes / salad or rice. Especially, you should try 'chicken cake' and 'chicken spring rolls' for appetizers.. All of these were made with all my love. Hope you like.
