rkable talents to eager students. Dat's excellent English skills will ensure a smooth, easy and educational day. Using fresh ingredients and concocting imaginative flavors, this is a fun and interesting way to learn about the local cuisine. Enjoy a unique, hands - on cooking experience from start to finish in preparing four fabulous and traditional Vietnamese dishes. As part of your culinary adventure you will also be given detailed recipes, so when you arrive back home, you will be able to impress your family and friends (and yourself) with some great Vietnamese food. This special tour takes you into the heartland of vietnam. located just a short drive from the lovely beaches of Nha Trang, is the picturesque countryside. Here you will gain an insight into the everyday lives of the local farming community. Learn how the local farmers and their buffaloes work the rice paddies, and tend to their othe crops, much of which makes its way to the local markets. see the many orchards and lotus ponds or even enjoy a chat and candy with one of the many beautiful chidren you are sure to see along the way. We do all this before we stop at the local market to select the ingredients for your cookery class. We then spend the second half of the day preparing the meal, eating and relaxing at Dat' family home in the countryside. We will take you back and drop you off at your hotel around 3.00pm
