Tonight's Test Kitchen: Black bean tostada with your choice of Carnitas Pork, Chile Ground Beef, Citrus Chicken, or Sauteed Mushroom... for those that love the golden crispy crunch of nachos, but hate the mess! (We can't guarantee these will be mess-free, it just arrives neater :D ). A layer of soft black beans are sandwiched between two golden crispy corn tortillas, topped with your topping of choice plus Corn Salsa, Pico de Gallo, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, and Crema Sauce!

We will also be offering a platter with red rice and one tostada for d75!

Our Cheese Quesadillas will also be available, with the option to add any of the standard meats / mushrooms, served with sides of PIco de Gallo and Corn Salsa for d100!

PLEASE NOTE: These will be the only items availabe during Test Kitchen nights... our full menu will be available again, as always, on Sunday night!
