👀 So what is the story behind the One Pot Stop?

Fully established in Hanoi in 2018, we essentially developed upon a family principle that was born out of necessity!
Coming from a big, extended family who love a good party, get-together, shindig of any kind., there could easily be 30+ people in a room. Aunts, Uncles, ALL the cousins, often even the neighbors will all pile round to one house for a birthday, for a congratulations, for a Friday. 🥳
We're all foodies. And cooks. So, if you’re going to have knees up, there’s got to be ‘a pot’. One big pot of food that is laid out like it’s the heart of the table for everyone to share and enjoy. 💚🍲
But, being the 21st century family that we are...….. Aunty Gabz is veggie......Cousin Ollie doesn’t eat red meat.....Uncle Rich has a nut allergy and I eat meant but am diary intolerant.
It’s a mine field, with infinite possible combinations of special dietary requirements 🧐 And for sure if you make one mistake when cooking and someone is left hAngry............the rest of the family won't hear the end of it.
So after training in kitchens I embarked upon a journey to transform our families many tried and taste tested One pot meals, into something that everyone could enjoy - like a hug from grandma, everyone is welcome.
