Pappa Goulash Bistro in Mu Ne, which was hosting the first event of the Hungarian Gastronomy Week from March 17th onward. The menu featured only Hungarian dishes, offering guests a taste of the country's rich culinary heritage.

Đêm Hungary: Ẩm Thực & Âm Nhạc

Một buổi tối để khám phá ẩm thực Hungary ngay tại Sài Gòn.
Nhân dịp kỷ niệm 76 năm thiết lập quan hệ ngoại giao Việt Nam – Hungary (1950–2026), Vier Dining tổ chức Hungarian Gastronomy Week – chương trình giới thiệu ẩm thực và văn hoá Hungary trong không gian fine dining.

Thực khách sẽ thưởng thức thực đơn đặc biệt do Master Chef Béla Prohászka trực tiếp trình diễn, mang đến những món ăn đặc trưng của Hungary.
Bên cạnh đó, buổi tối còn có phần biểu diễn âm nhạc Hungary bởi nghệ sĩ Dr. József Terék, cùng các tiết mục nghệ thuật truyền thống, tạo nên một trải nghiệm kết hợp giữa ẩm thực và văn hoá.
Các món ăn trong chương trình sẽ được kết hợp cùng tuyển chọn rượu vang Hungary do Vier Fine Wines nhập khẩu, giúp thực khách có cơ hội khám phá thêm những phong cách rượu vang đặc trưng của vùng Tokaj.

Hungarian Night: Cuisine & Music

An evening to discover Hungarian cuisine right in Saigon.
On the occasion of the 76th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Hungary (1950–2026), Vier Dining presents Hungarian Gastronomy Week – a special event introducing Hungarian cuisine and culture in a fine dining setting.

Guests will enjoy a special menu presented by Master Chef Béla Prohászka, featuring signature dishes from Hungarian culinary tradition.
The evening will also feature Hungarian music performed by Dr. József Terék, together with traditional artistic performances, creating a unique experience where gastronomy meets culture.
The dishes will be paired with a selection of Hungarian wines imported by Vier Fine Wines, offering guests the opportunity to explore the distinctive wine styles of the Tokaj region.
