CARTE BLANCHE — A DINNER CREATED BY THE CHEF
Something new is coming to Maison Lucien.
This Thursday evening, we are launching our very first Carte Blanche, a dinner where you simply put yourself in the hands of the Chef.
Four courses. No choices. No spoilers.
The Chef creates the menu according to his inspiration, the best products available that day, and sometimes simply what he feels like cooking.
The four courses are intentionally flexible.
It could be two starters, a main course and a dessert.
A starter, two main courses and a dessert.
Or even a starter, a main course and two desserts.
You won't know what you're eating until the plate arrives.
Carte Blanche
4 courses : 1,000,000 VND per person
Carte Blanche + Wine Pairing
4 courses + 2 glasses of wine — 1,200,000 VND per person
Vegetarian requests and food allergies/intolerances can be accommodated. Please let us know when making your reservation.
Carte Blanche is available for dinner only, and it will not be available every evening.
After our first edition this Thursday, future Carte Blanche evenings will be announced spontaneously, whenever the Chef feels inspired and has the time and freedom to create something different.
If you would like to experience Carte Blanche, please message us and reserve your table in advance, mentioning “CARTE BLANCHE”.
That way, we'll make sure it is actually happening that evening.
