Mọi thứ ở đây đều bắt đầu bằng thời gian. Tôi không tin những điều tốt đẹp cần phải được làm thật nhanh. Kombucha và bia gừng được lên men chậm trong nhiều tuần. Những bánh xà phòng cũng cần hơn một tuần để hoàn thiện trước khi đến tay người sử dụng. Mỗi mẻ đều được làm thủ công với số lượng nhỏ cho ra thành phẩm ngon thanh, lành mạnh, đẹp mắt .tôi chọn những nguyên liệu đơn giản, quy trình truyền thống và sự kiên nhẫn thay vì chạy theo tốc độ. Bởi tôi tin rằng những điều được làm bằng sự chăm chút luôn mang theo một giá trị khác. Mong rằng khi mở một chai kombucha hoặc một chai bia gừng hay cầm trên tay một thanh làm sạch, bạn sẽ có cho mình vài phút sống chậm, nuôi dưỡng tâm hồn với tinh thần “sự tĩnh tại đến từ bên trong” giữa những ngày bận rộn.

I don’t believe that good things need to be made quickly.
kombucha and gingerbeer are slowly fermented over many weeks.ihandmade cleansing bars also need more than a week to fully mature before they reach your hands.
Each batch is handcrafted in small quantities, resulting in products that are refreshing, wholesome, beautiful.
I choose simple ingredients, traditional processes, and patience rather than chasing speed.
Because we believe that things made with care always carry a different kind of value.
I hope that when you open a bottle of kombucha , gingerbeer or hold a bar of soap in your hands, you will give yourself a few moments to slow down and nourish your soul — embracing the feeling that “stillness comes from within” amid the busyness of everyday life.
