Those who has been here a while can remember there was a time during the darkest days of Covid where The Hill Station was sustained solely by its direct delivery service.

Times have changed and we do not wish those days back, but we do miss being able to offer this direct service to our loyal customers.

A warm stew has a way of slowing things down.

Inspired by both French Beef Bourguignon and Vietnamese Bรฒ Kho, this dish combines imported beef, red wine, cinnamon, and star anise, all cooked slowl and low.

Best enjoyed with a baguette on the side, though rice and mashed potato work just as well.
