We are thrilled to be serving patrons at Tran Cuisine Hoi An! Tran Restaurants began in Da Nang at founder Tuấn Trần mother’s kitchen table where as a kid he watched her prepare traditional home-made Vietnamese cuisine. Mr Tuấn dreamed of one day opening a restaurant in Da Nang where he could share his and his mom’s culinary passion. 15 years ago that dream came true at the first Tran Restaurant at 04 Le Duan in Da Nang. Since then, Mr Tuấn has been mapping out his vision to change and enhance the culinary landscape in Da Nang and Hoi An, one great meal and one happy patron at a time. Tran Restaurants practices a “people-first” culture and philosophy. We hire the best people, cultivate our team to be the best they can be, and treat them like family. And of course we view and treat our patrons as extended family.
