Not only is it a cooking class, but it is also a place to experience Vietnamese cuisine and culture. The cooking class starts with a visit to an organic vegetable garden where you can see, touch, and smell the herbs that are tended by honest, hardworking, and simple farmers every day. You will experience being a farmer. Then you will visit a local market, where we will buy ingredients for the cooking class. You will meet and talk to the cheerful vendors who always smile and welcome you. We will return to Khoi restaurant and start the cooking class with local specialties including grilled fish with turmeric in banana leaves, banh xeo, spring rolls, and mango salad. After cooking, you will enjoy the food what you cook

It’s especially comforting on chilly evenings after a long day at work.
