Herbs And Spices Cooking School Cooking class, Fusion and International Herbs And Spices cooking classes are a hands-on experience and unlike any other cooking class in Hoi An.

Students will receive expert guidence and information and shown all the necessary techniques needed to create delicious Vietnamese cuisine first hand. All of our students are supplied with their own cutting board, knive, peeler, mixing bowl and gloves. At Herbs And Spices we have a hands-on approach when it comes to cooking classes, actively encouraging all of our students to get involved, roll up

their sleeves and learn some essential kitchen skills. Our intimate group cooking classes are an invitation into the Vietnamese culture of food and a chance to experience authentic Vietnamese food with only the freshest of ingredients.
