Hoành Thánh Chiên is our Hội An take on the classic wonton, transformed into a light, crispy snack that’s perfect to share as an appetizer before the meal begins. 🥟

A specialty of Hội An, this dish reflects the town’s history as a trading port where Chinese flavours met local ingredients and traditions. Filled with shrimp and pork, then topped with fresh tomato salsa, it’s crunchy, savoury, and unmistakably Hội An. 🌿🍅
