The architecture at Rêu is not only unique, but also a harmonious interplay of light, colors, and nature, together telling stories of Hoi An - of renewal, revival, and the beauty of giving old materials a new life.

Through the arched doorways, the warm tones of ochre walls, betel - nut hues, the soft pink of bougainvillea, and patches of sunlight falling across the tiled floors, a rustic and vibrant Hoi An reveals itself in the most natural way.

A little corner to slow down, take it all in, and experience Hoi An in Rêu Dining own distinctive way.


Kiến trúc ở Rêu không chỉ độc đáo, mà còn là sự kết hợp giữa ánh sáng, màu sắc và thiên nhiên cùng kể một câu chuyện về Hội An, về những câu chuyện tái sinh, tái chế.

Qua những vòm cửa, sắc vàng của tường vàng đất, sắc bã trầu, sắc hồng của hoa giấy và từng khoảng nắng đổ xuống nền gạch, một Hội An mộc mạc và đầy sức sống hiện ra thật tự nhiên.

Discarded roof tiles, ceramics, porcelain, and pottery are carefully brought together by skilled artisans to create Rêu’s walls - where every line, every fragment of material carries traces of time.

Familiar objects once used by fishing communities along Vietnam’s Central Coast, connected to boats, homes, and the rhythms of coastal life, now find their place in the smallest corners of Rêu.

More than architecture, this is Rêu’s way of preserving stories - through reclaimed materials, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for the beauty of seemingly ordinary things.

And this is only one of the many stories hidden within every corner of Rêu.

Ở Rêu, những điều tưởng như đã cũ lại được trao cho một đời sống mới.

Những mảnh ngói, gốm, sứ, sành tưởng chừng bỏ đi, qua đôi bàn tay tỉ mỉ của người thợ, được sắp xếp lại thành bức tường Rêu - nơi mỗi đường nét, mỗi mảnh vật liệu đều mang theo dấu vết của thời gian.

Có những vật dụng quen thuộc của người dân làng chài miền Trung, từng gắn với những con thuyền, mái nhà và nhịp sống ven biển, nay cũng hiện diện trong từng góc nhỏ của Rêu.

Không chỉ là kiến trúc, đó là cách Rêu lưu giữ những câu chuyện bằng những vật liệu cũ, những đôi tay thủ công và sự tôn trọng cho những giá trị tưởng chừng bình dị.
