We are excited for this special menu with , on this Saturday, 31 May. Titled “Seeds of Tomorrow”, we are looking to the future of Vietnamese food and imagining the possibilities of this beautiful land. For this event, we will offer a special lunch seating as well as dinner. Both 100% plant-based menu and omnivore menu will be available.

Crafting vegan cheeses from low-impact farmed organic cashews grown in Ninh Thuan, Kashew has been a pioneer in using Vietnamese-grown produce to create innovative and world-class products. Their popularity and success in the highly competitive Vietnamese market speak for themselves, they make some of the best vegan cheeses we have ever tasted! We pushed our chefs to present a different side of these unique ingredients, incorporating them harmoniously in a modern Vietnamese inspired tasting menu. Come experience the results of this dynamic culinary process.

On the day of the event, founders and will both be present to share their Kashew story, and there will be cheeses available for purchase as well!

Time: 31 May, Saturday. Lunch and Dinner seatings.
Price: 1,000,000VND per person, not including 8%VAT and 5% SVC

Seeds of Tomorrow is an exploration of where we’ve come from — the land, the ingredients, the roots — and a taste of what food could become.

On Saturday, May 31st, Kashew Cheese and Mùa Restaurant come together in Hoi An for a one-day-only tasting event that brings Vietnamese ingredients into a new light. Set on the beautiful farm where Mùa grows its produce, this 10-course lunch and dinner experience combines farm-fresh vegetables with Kashew’s handmade, plant-based cheeses — crafted from locally grown cashews.

It’s a celebration of creativity, sustainability, and connection to the land. The founders of Kashew and the chef at Mùa will be there to share the stories behind each dish — how their journeys around the world inspired new ways to work with familiar ingredients.
