One of our favorite ways to serve it is also the simplest.

A thick slice of warm sourdough. A little butter on top.

You get the crispness of the crust first, then the soft, airy crumb inside with its gentle tang. As the butter slowly melts into the warm bread, everything becomes a little richer, while the character of the sourdough still comes through.

There are little corners at Alma that we care for with love, every single day โœจ

And itโ€™s not just us. Our regular guests notice the garden changing too. A new leaf growing bigger and greener, another slowly turning golden with the season.

Thereโ€™s something deeply comforting about enjoying a morning coffee with a soft slice of cheesecake or a fresh salad beneath the trees, with wind chimes gently sounding in the background.
