If you’ve been to MOTLY, chances are you’ve already tasted Mom Phụng’s cooking.

As one of the chefs behind our kitchen, she’s been quietly making many of the dishes our guests come back for. This Saturday, we’re giving her the spotlight.

For this edition of MOMCHELIN, Mom Phụng is sharing her Homemade Mango Sticky Rice- a dessert that’s extra special because it’s also her daughter’s favorite. It’s one of those recipes she’s made over and over again at home, and now she’s bringing it to MOTLY for everyone to enjoy.

This is a chance to meet the person behind the food and experience the warmth that home cooking brings.

At MOTLY, we don’t look for Michelin-starred chefs. We are here to honor the greatest “unpaid chefs” in the world: Moms.
Meet Ms. Thu Quynh, our very first guest. A busy government official who always manages to give her daughter the absolute best. No formal culinary training, just a mother’s heart crafting the most extraordinary flavors.
