Vietnamese cuisine is once again praised for being ranked third among 10 countries with the healthiest cuisine in the world by the travel section of the prestigious CNN website.
IN 2018, the famous foreign newspaper site CNN has announced Top 10 healthiest culinary platforms in the world, in which Vietnam is honored to be ranked in the 3rd position.
CNN commented: “Using a variety of fresh herbs, vegetables, seafood and cooking techniques using water or broth instead of oil is one of the most prominent elements of Vietnamese cuisine. This culinary background is prepared in traditional ways, less dependent on strong aromas but only on healthy, low-calorie herbs. ”
In fact, the traditional aromas of Vietnam such as coriander, mint, basil, star, star anise, chili ... have long been used as a measure to prevent and treat diseases. For example, cilantro and star anise are able to support digestion, fight off inflammatory diseases in the body.
