[Garlic Financier: Recreating the comforting flavor of garlic bread in a financier]

Garlic is a vegetable, yet its distinctive aroma and flavor have long made it a beloved aromatic ingredient.
At mansion seoin, we pair this garlic with a cream cheese insert and the rich, nutty notes of browned butter, bringing the familiar flavor of garlic bread into the delicate form of a financier.
It is a flavor that feels both familiar and new—reminiscent of something you may have enjoyed before, yet reimagined through the delicate texture and character of a financier.

Coming soon to mansion seoin. Stay tuned.

New Savory Madeleine: Pomodoro Madeleine

The addition of carefully selected ingredients to our classic Madeleine creates a more exciting and flavorful experience with every bite.

Our new savory Madeleine, Pomodoro Madeleine, is made with our house-dried tomatoes and umami-rich ingredients, bringing out a deeper and more complex flavor. Finished with a bacon topping, it adds a familiar and comforting touch to this savory creation.

Please try it when it’s released.

[Dubai Chewy Cookie]

[Dubai Chewy Cookie]

There’s a reason our Dubai Chewy Cookie remains one of our signature desserts, even after the trend has faded.

We begin by roasting pistachios in-house to enhance their natural aroma and flavor. They are then slowly refined in a melanger for 1–2 hours, preserving their rich nutty character while creating an exceptionally smooth pistachio paste.
This house-made pistachio paste becomes the heart of the filling, wrapped in chewy cover and finished with a coating of unsweetened cocoa powder.
Every step is carefully crafted to bring out the true depth of pistachio flavor—making this dessert more than just a passing trend.

Available now at mansion seoin.
