As the owner and founder was inspired by the Dutch History and evaluation of the Dutch cuisine true the centuries, much research has been done on Historical recipes, herbal mixes, meal, stews and beverages prepared in the past centuries in Holland by our ancestors. Tasteful and aromatic soups, sauces, stews, casseroles, pies and salads are freshly prepared in our Open Kitchen, we have no secrets to hide and strive to the best hygiene in food preparation to serve the best quality with no exceptions. We serve traditional Dutch dishes, Dutch Snacks, Bistro and Bourgondian food, Wine, Dutch, Belgian and other Beers besides the legend Historical 18th century dishes. Our smoked sausages, fish, bacon and meats are smoked
in-house to perfection in our own smoker to ensure freshness and highest quality. We use local and imported meat and spices for our dishes. Don’t be scared by reading the menus in this booklet, we also offer the traditional and authentic Dutch and Bourgondian dishes prepared to Grandmothers recipes. Enjoy your stay for dinner, drinks, dining out, all at acceptable prices. On the second floor we have our Bourgondian Theme Restaurant, were you can dine with a larger group. We have the Dutch Room with one big table up to 20 persons, and the Bourgondier Room with 3 large tables serving up to 40 persons. We offer the possibility to be dressed as in the 18th Century. Pictures can be taken or we can arrange a photographer to for your event. The food will be served on the table like in the 18th Century and the menu can be discussed. The buffet and entourage are dressed in the Bourgondian style. At this feast it is all about tables extensively and enjoy delicious. You are greeted with a welcome Bourgondian drink. Next, explanation will be given on this night. First, we start with coarse Dutch soup. Then the buffet will open and the tables will be served and you can enjoy tasty. During the evening the food, beer and wine is served at the table. For this is Theme evening is reservation needed.
