In Portugal, the first autumn rains bring back a tradition we never forget.

October and November mean cooler mornings, damp earth beneath our feet, and long walks through the forest with family, searching for mushrooms hidden among the leaves. The air smells of wet wood, eucalyptus and wild herbs — and somehow, you always return home hungry.

Our Costeleta Selvagem was born from those memories.
