Hôm nay là ngày Quốc Tế Hòa Bình, và cũng như mọi khi, chúng tôi muốn đánh dấu ngày này bằng một việc gì đó đặc biệt. Nhân cơ hội này, chúng tôi xin giới thiệu Sustainability Report (Báo cáo Phát triển Bền vững) của 4P's trong năm 2020.

Over the years, we have undertaken numerous initiatives for our sustainable development. However, we acknowledge that this journey has been rather challenging and we’re learning everyday. Through this Report, we are able to reflect on what we have achieved and need to improve. This is definitely a learning curve for us, which requires us to continuously cultivate, learn and act more. We are very excited to take on this journey and hope you will continue to support us along the way!

In our Spicy homemade Sausage & Broccoli Pizza, the spicy flavour mainly comes from jalapeño - one of the most common chili peppers with specific pungency. This is a must-try item for sipcy food lover.

PIZZA 4P'S IS FEATURED ON ZENBIRD FROM JAPAN

Zenbird is a web media from Japan focusing on international issues as sustainable development. They've visited Pizza 4P's Xuan Thuy and have an interview with Mr. Yosuke Masuko - Founder and CEO of Pizza 4P's and Mr. Yuma Nagata - Sustainable Manager of Pizza 4P's.

Our whole Lotus Zen Pizza is created from vegan ingredients, with the unique soy cheese that is made from soy milk and Lotus root flour.

In this recipe, we implement the environment-friendly cooking method, in which the whole parts of Lotus (flower, fruit, stem and root) are utilized to reduce the ingredient waste.

In the Japanese language, the word “Omotenashi” means welcoming guests from the heart, and it also represents the spirit of Japanese hospitality.

At Pizza 4P's, we apply "Omotenashi" spirit to not only welcome every customer with more than just courtesy or manners but also welcome them with our heart.

PIZZA 4P'S FOOD TRUCK (THE VISTA) - PIZZA TO THE PEOPLE

Pizza 4P's is excited to introduce our first food truck at LS1.01, Ground Floor, The Vista, 628C Ha Noi Boulevard, An Phu Ward, District 2, HCMC.

With our Food truck, we want to deliver our pizza closer to people, satisfy their taste buds and make them smile. In this way, happiness will spread from one person to another and fill the world. This is what we call “Pizza to the people”.

Our Food truck mobilizes the consistent quality and service you have come to expect from Pizza 4P's. You can find here from classic Italian pizza like Magherita to fusion pizza like Teriyaki Chicken. Our signature Burrata is also available here.

Everything we do is always for our mission “Delivering Wow, Sharing Happiness”. You are all welcomed to our Food truck and enjoy happiness with us!

It has been a month since Pizza 4P's installed our solar energy system at Pizza 4P's Xuan Thuy.

Until today, we have generated approximate 1200kWh. This helps reduce approximate 1,26 tons of CO2 emission, accumulatively equal to the consumption of 3,46 tree plants.

This very first achivement encourages us to continue taking consistent actions for the environment.

New special dessert | House made Ricotta Ice-cake with passion fruits

Also known as Cassata, this is one of traditional dessert in Italy. At Pizza 4P's, we made it from our house made ricotta, whipping cream, dry fruits and top with passion juice as an Asian spin.

NEW RECIPE - LESS FOOD WASTE

Pizza 4P's has started to apply new recipe for our Tandoori Chicken Curry Pizza by using leftover after making the Crab Spaghetti.

These food waste were vegetable like onion, carrot, celery,... used for the natural sweetness of our Crab Spaghetti. The left-over from such process are blended and reform their sweetness again in the base for Tandoori Chicken. With this innovation, we contribute our small effort to continue reducing waste for the sustainability.

The Truffle Burrata Pie with Parma Ham is actually created to enhance a unique ingredient: Truffle mushroom.

Due to their scarcity, impressive aroma and delicious delicacy, black truffle have been well-known as one of the most expensive ingredients in the culinary world. At Pizza 4P's, we put truffle crumbs inside to upgrade our original burrata.

Being wrapped up with a layer of Parma Ham and a layer of pastry, the pie will then be freshly baked in the oven. This step is to bring out all the authentic flavor and create a journey of diversified texture.

This Truffle Burrata Pie is now being served in all Pizza 4P's location.
