Inspired by Brazil’s churrasco tradition, Brazilian Swords brings together grilled picanha, grilled chistorra, grilled cinnamon pineapple, roasted potatoes, and vibrant chimichurri.

Inspired by Brazil’s beloved churrasco tradition, Brazilian Swords celebrates the warmth of barbecue culture — where food is made for sharing, gathering, and enjoying together around the fire.

Our Brazilian Grill Set brings together grilled picanha, ribeye, and chistorra sausage, served with roasted potatoes, toasted ciabatta, grilled pineapple dusted with cinnamon, and vibrant green & red chimichurri.

Ribeye Carne Asada — inspired by the North of Mexico, served norteño style with rich, grilled beef flavor.
Pork Cochinita — a taste of the South, with pork marinated in aromatic Yucatán spices.

Confit Wagyu Brisket — inspired by Mexico City, the heart of Mexico’s street taco culture and one of its most iconic taco styles.
