MASTERS OF FOOD AND W**E | SQUARE ONE X NÉN DINNER

August came to a close as we were honoured to welcome Executive Chef Summer Le of Nén Danang, the first restaurant in Vietnam to receive Michelin Green Star, to Square One for a special culinary collaboration, where timeless French gastronomy met the depth of Vietnamese flavours in a thoughtful expression of sustainable cuisine.

The evening unfolded as Chef de Cuisine Arnaud Schuttrumpf of Square One and Executive Chef Summer Le of Nén guided guests through an eight-course culinary journey, while Head Sommelier Tran Duc Thanh complemented every course with a considered w**e pairing, revealing a new dimension of flavour in each creation. The dinner concluded with a touch of sweetness, handcrafted by Pastry Chef Douglas Oberson, bringing a memorable finale to a journey of creativity and heritage.
We extend a heartfelt thanks to our guests for being part of this special celebration. We look forward to welcoming you back for more timeless culinary experiences at the Park.

Tháng Tám vừa qua, Square One hân hạnh chào đón Bếp trưởng điều hành Summer Lê từ Nén Danang, nhà hàng đầu tiên tại Việt Nam được trao tặng Michelin Green Star, đến với một màn kết hợp đặc biệt, nơi tinh hoa ẩm thực Pháp vượt thời gian và chiều sâu hương vị Việt giao hòa trên một triết lý về ẩm thực bền vững.

Đêm tiệc dần mở ra khi Bếp trưởng Arnaud Schuttrumpf của Square One và Bếp trưởng Điều hành Summer Le của Nén dẫn dắt thực khách qua hành trình ẩm thực tám món kết hợp đặc sắc. Để trải nghiệm thêm trọn vẹn, Trưởng Sommelier Trần Đức Thành mang đến những kết hợp rượu vang tinh tuyển, hé lộ một tầng hương vị mới trong từng món ăn. Bữa tối khép lại với một dư vị ngọt ngào từ món tráng miệng được chế tác bởi Bếp trưởng Bánh Douglas Oberson, hoàn thiện một hành trình vị giác tinh tế và khó quên.

Celebrated as one of the world’s most prestigious tequila houses, Clase Azul México captivates discerning palates with its exceptional spirits, each presented in a handcrafted, hand-painted ceramic decanter that embodies the artistry and soul of Mexico. On July 25, we were honored to unveil an extraordinary five-course dinner, marking the first event led by Executive Chef Benjamin Haselbeck. In collaboration with Chef Chi Joon Yuk of the Michelin-starred Onvit Hanoi and Pastry chef Douglas Oberson, the evening showcased a masterful dialogue between culinary craftsmanship and the refined expressions of Clase Azul, unfolding as a harmonious and sophisticated culinary journey.

Ngày 25/7 vừa qua, Park Hyatt Saigon hân hạnh mang những tinh túy của vùng đất Mexico tới trong đêm tiệc năm món độc quyền, đánh dấu sự kiện đầu tiên của Bếp trưởng điều hành Benjamin Haselbeck. Kết hợp cùng Bếp trưởng Chi Joon Yuk của nhà hàng sở hữu một sao Michelin - Onvit Hanoi và Bếp trưởng bếp bánh Douglas Oberson, mỗi món ăn được kết hợp với một hương vị Clase Azul tuyển chọn, tạo nên một hành trình vị giác hài hòa và tinh tế khó quên.
