Binh Dinh Mini Fried Spring Rolls are one of the first dishes that come to mind when people think of Bình Định’s beloved specialties.

At Bếp Võ, we keep them just the way they should be — simple and traditional. Each roll is delicately wrapped, about the size of a finger, with a crispy golden shell and a sweet, flavorful shrimp filling inside.

We don't change much about this classic dish. And perhaps that's exactly why it's always such an easy favorite. 💛

Chả ram nhí Bình Định vốn là món quen của nhiều người khi nhắc đến những đặc sản trứ danh của Bình Định.

Ở Bếp Võ, tụi mình vẫn giữ nó theo cách đơn giản và truyền thống nhất. Cuốn chả chỉ to bằng ngón tay với lớp vỏ giòn rụm và nhân tôm đất ngọt bùi bên trong, không cần thay đổi quá nhiều so với hương vị truyền thống. Và có lẽ chính vì nét quen thuộc này, nên lúc nào cũng dễ chọn 💛
