On Thursday, 30 July the bar was in the hands of Chanel Adams and Lola Lau.

Four cocktails, plenty of shaking and stirring, and a room full of people coming by for a drink, a chat, or simply to see what was happening behind the bar.

Chanel and Lola each brought their own style to the night, from the drinks they created to the way they worked the room.

Thank you both for spending the evening with us, and thank you to everyone who came by and stayed for a drink.

Another one for the books.

Tối thứ Năm ngày 30/7, quầy bar tại nhà Triệu đã được nhường lại lại cho Chanel Adams và Lola Lau.

Bốn ly cocktail, rất nhiều những cú shake, những lần khuấy, và một căn phòng đầy những vị khách ghé qua để uống một ly, trò chuyện đôi câu, hoặc đơn giản là xem hai cô gái đã mang gì đến sau quầy bar.

Chanel và Lola mỗi người mang đến một màu sắc rất riêng cho buổi tối, từ những ly cocktail được tạo ra cho đêm đó đến cách cả hai kết nối với mọi người trong quầy bar.

Cảm ơn Chanel và Lola đã dành buổi tối cùng nhà Triệu. Và cảm ơn tất cả những ai đã ghé qua, ngồi lại bên quầy bar và cùng tạo nên một đêm thật đẹp.

Last Thursday, 30 July, Chanel Adams Chanel Adams and Lola Lau Lola Lau brought two distinct styles, two remarkable careers, and one unforgettable evening to The Triệu Institute.

From every shake and stir to every conversation across the bar, they reminded us that great hospitality is as much about connection as it is about craft.

Thank you, Chanel and Lola, for sharing your creativity with Saigon.

Tối thứ Năm vừa qua, Chanel Adams và Lola Lau đã mang đến The Triệu Institute hai phong cách rất riêng, hai hành trình đáng ngưỡng mộ, và một đêm đầy cảm hứng dành cho cộng đồng yêu cocktail tại Sài Gòn.

Từ từng cú shake, từng lần khuấy cho đến những cuộc trò chuyện bên quầy bar, cả hai một lần nữa nhắc chúng ta rằng lòng hiếu khách không chỉ được thể hiện qua kỹ thuật pha chế, mà còn nằm ở sự kết nối giữa con người với con người.

Cảm ơn Chanel và Lola đã mang sự sáng tạo, đam mê và tinh thần hiếu khách của mình đến với Sài Gòn.

This Thursday, 30 July, Female Icons Series Vol. 24 welcomes two internationally recognised bartenders whose careers have helped shape cocktail culture across Asia and beyond.

Meet 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐬, American bartender, educator and hospitality leader, best known as the first woman to lead the legendary Bamboo Bar at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok in its 70-year history.

Joining her is 𝐋𝐨𝐥𝐚 𝐋𝐚𝐮, award-winning bartender whose journey has taken her from Renkon in Saigon and The Odd Couple in Shanghai to Hope & Sesame, one of China's most acclaimed cocktail bars, before taking her craft to guest shifts, competitions and collaborations around the world.

On Thursday, 25 June, Female Icons Series continued with GIFT .giftgift.g from Yào Rooftop Bar, Bangkok , behind the bar at The Triệu Institute.

Bringing her signature energy and warm personality, GIFT transformed every cocktail into more than just a drink. Each serve carried a sense of playfulness, precision and genuine connection, making the bar feel alive from the very first pour.

Joined by Sprite .srp, the evening became a celebration of collaboration, where Thai hospitality met Vietnamese craft through cocktails, conversation and shared experiences.

Thank you, GIFT and Sprite, for bringing your spirit to The Triệu Institute.
