A fun first collaboration at our new location with none other than the esteemed Edouard Delaunay house from Burgundy. Think rare vintages, bold fire plates and a vibrant crowd.

𝗔 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹.

The entrance sets the tone: a metal-framed threshold draws your eye straight towards the kitchen and our fire, the first thing we want you to see.

The original facade of the old cake factory and the high ceilings carry their own character. A skylight brings in natural light rarely found in fine dining rooms.
-
The brick and tile were chosen for how they hold light, shifting in texture and reflectivity as the night unfolds from 6PM till late.
Every detail was a deliberate choice.

In Burgundy, rarity is measured in bottles. For this dinner, we’re opening bottles from vintages with fewer than 3,600 bottles produced - a rare opportunity to experience these w**es at the table.

At Esta, we’re pairing the precision of Burgundy with smoke, flame and bold Asian flavours for one evening with Maison Edouard Delaunay.

The Cellar Allocation
• Saint-Romain Blanc “Le Village” 2022 - fewer than 3,600 bottles produced
• Beaune Premier Cru Rouge “Les Grèves” 2019 - fewer than 3,200 bottles produced
• Nuits-Saint-Georges Rouge “Le Village Vieilles Vignes” 2022 - just over 8,000 bottles produced, with only 240 magnums
