Would you like to get your hands on the Kefir culture? I still have plenty of culture available to send via post. If you are interested please comment on this message.

To give you an idea of pricing guaranteed 24hr delivery is around $10, there are cheaper options but they will take longer and doesn't have the guarantee.

The culture itself will be around $5-10 to buy, cheaper for the dried culture and more expensive for the live.

I am selling:
One piece of Kombucha - 50,000 vnd
One piece of the rare and mysterious Jun - 100,000 vnd
Kefir grains in a jar and brewing instructions for - 350,000 vnd

(The kefir is more expensive as it eats milk, waayy more expensive that sugar water for the Kombucha etc)

I am leaving!

I am sorry to say that I will be leaving Hanoi in a few weeks time! I won't be going far just to Da Nang.

As well as my produce being available at The Oasis I will be selling at both the Maison de Tet Decor Market and the upcoming Emporium market.

Sunday 10th April 10am to 4pm at Maison de Tet Decor
Sunday 17th April at Emporium.

Grains will be available for sale on at both markets as well as cheese and some new products!

Hello one and all!!!

I am now selling dormant Kefir grains! 50-60g bags for only 150k (they have only just been put to bed today!!!).

This should be plenty to brew 250ml of milk in the fridge every few days.
Or you can brew around 500ml of milk between 18-26C every day.

If you are going to brew in the heat please keep you grains in the fridge for the hottest part of the day, if its hot all the time then let them brew a few hours in the open and then leave them in the fridge to finish up!

They take a little love and care but are worth it in the end! The grains are not from an industrial starter culture so are very robust and can be left dormant for up to 1 month in the freezer.

Details on how to revive and care for the grains will be sent to you electronically!

I will be hosting workshops at my house for people whom are interested in getting their own kefir grains, learning how to make their own kefir and getting to taste some of my cheese (with a glass of wine!).

Hello Everyone! :(
I have just been told by DeTrang farm my goat milk suppliers that due to a lack of grass there will be no high quality goat milk for three weeks!!!!

All hope is not lost, I can use store bought goat milk to make the Kefir. As its cheaper the price of the Kefir will be reduced too, it just won't be from guaranteed happy goats whom have definitely been looked after well.

I will contact people directly whom have placed a goat milk kefir order and I will let you now.

Sorry for the bad news! :'(
