It’s been three amazing years filled with flavors, friendships, and unforgettable moments. To celebrate, Chef Hiếu invites you to a cozy dinner at a place that feels like home—Linh’s. Linh is our dear friend and has been with us since day one. Now, she is a co-founder of Aether, together with San. We’ve crafted a special anniversary menu as a heartfelt thank-you and a toast to many more years ahead.

We'll also have our new friend—Clynk . Clynk specializes in importing and distributing exclusive wines inspired by art. Beyond simply serving exquisite glasses of wine, Clynk creates a bridge to connect wine lovers through unique and engaging experiences.

With the spirit of gathering in mind, this intimate dinner has only a few slots. We hope to connect with old friends and new, sharing laughter, stories, and meaningful moments in a warm setting full of charm. Can’t wait to share this special evening with you.

Is it really a festive season without desserts and friends? This December, we are pulling out the all the stops! We open the season on 15/12 at with a Christmas desserts and drinks feast. Then on 17-18/12, we are celebrating the third birthday of our good friends at . To celebrate Christmas Day, we are revamping our crowd’s favorite menu “Love is not (always) love” especially for the holidays with some Christmas twists and drinks from .hn. We can’t wait to see you all there! ☃️🎄🎅

“Lo**ta"

"Lo**ta" a story told by Humbert Humbert, which according to him is a "great love story". To us, it's a story of a middle-aged man seeking sympathy from the judges - the readers; the love that he considers so pure and great, in reality, is a twisted need to control.
Our first dish of the "love is not (always) love" menu is pink and black: pink for Lo**ta's innocence (rose ice cream, risalamande, pomegranate, rose petals), and black for Humbert Humbert's obsession (charcoal tuile and black sesame crackers).

“The Great Gatsby”

After coming back from the war in Europe, Gatsby was heartbroken to find out that Daisy - his former love - had gotten married. Gatsby worked and worked to gain all this fame and fortune in order to win back Daisy’s heart - “can’t repeat the past? Well of course you can!” Gatsby’s love for Daisy represented his longing for the past as well as crooked idea of the American Dream. Gatsby’s love inspired the second course of our menu: Vietnamese caviar, cream cheese mousse, white wine jelly, crystallized white chocolate and homemade brioche. The flavors are simple but delicate and classy.

Aether’s fifth and last dessert course: Romeo & Juliet. Romeo & Juliet’s story is one of the most famous love stories of all time. The passionate and chaotic love has transcended through generations and generations of literary readers. Inspired by the dramatic death in the name of love, we conclude this menu with: smoked camembert ice cream, poached grapes, rosemary foam and a “love potion”. Drop us a message to reserve! 💌🫶

“Narcissus”
Under Nemesis’ punishment, Narcissus fell in love with his reflection in the pond the moment he saw it. He wouldn’t eat nor drink because he was so afraid that this beautiful image of a being will leave him the moment he takes his eyes away from it. We were so inspired by the painting (second slide) and the story behind it that we brought it to life through our fourth course in “Love is not (always) love” menu. "Xuân Diệu's love"

The third dish in our "Love is not (always) love" is inspired by the love depicted in Xuan Dieu's poetry. Known as "the king of love poems in Vietnam", Xuan Dieu's work is laced with so much passion and longing for a true, ideal, soul-clenching kind of love. To us, Xuan Dieu's love is deep, beautifully dark and full-bodied, and inspired us to create this dessert: chocolate olive oil sponge and ganache, cocoa nibs, chocolate mousse, aerated chocolate with a center of blackberry compote. All of these components are layered in a treasure chest, because as Xuan Dieu confides, "the most precious treasure that is his love - he misplaced in the wrong hands" ("Có kho vàng nhưng chẳng tặng tuỳ nơi" - Dại Khờ)
