In a quiet corner of Hanoi, amid the strains of Irish music and the clinking of glasses, my pub now has something that truly bears my personal signature: its very own beer. Little Tipsy Pilsner is not just another bottle sitting on a shelf. It is the result of an idea born in silence, of countless thoughts, and of a deep desire to offer people something they cannot find anywhere else. A beer created for my pub, for my customers, and for those evenings when time seems to flow a little more slowly. When I look at the label and see the smiling character leaning against a pint glass, I feel that inside that bottle lies a part of my own story—years of hard work, trials, hopes, and the stubborn determination to build a place with soul. In a world where so many bars look alike, having my own beer gives me the feeling that I have managed to leave a personal mark. I am not simply selling beer. I am offering an experience, an atmosphere, and a story. And when a customer lifts a bottle of Little Tipsy Pilsner and smiles after the first sip, I feel that all my efforts have been worthwhile. In that moment, the pub is no longer just a business.

It is a part of me.
