Vị cay đến từ ba loại bột ớt, tạo nên độ cay với nhiều sắc thái. Cái tê đặc trưng đến từ hoa tiêu, lan nhẹ nơi đầu lưỡi. Và mùi thơm nồng được tạo nên từ gừng, tỏi và hành phi.

The heat comes from three different types of chilli powder, creating layers of spiciness. The signature numbing sensation comes from Sichuan peppercorns, gently tingling on the tongue. And the rich aroma comes from ginger, garlic, and crispy fried shallots.
Then comes the balance of sour, salty, and sweet from black vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar, bringing all these flavours together in one sauce.
