Vege-ro Vegan ramen made by a Japanese chef — the only one in Hanoi. Plant-based, MSG-free, gluten-free options available. Good for your body. Good for the planet.

Vege-ro was opened to serve Japanese cuisine, Ramen to Vegetarian and Vegan people in Hanoi. In Hanoi there are many Japanese restaurants but they don't have English menu or they aren't vegetarian/vegan friendly. This is why we decided to open a vegetarian Ramen restaurant. We want more people to try and enjoy our national dish, Ramen. Our restaurant has only counter table where only 7 people can

stay to enjoy our Ramen. As it is very small place and the kitchen is just there, inside the counter table, our customers can enjoy watching how their dishes are made. Also, while they wait for their Ramen, some people talks each other even they just met in our restaurant. This is another way to enjoy our restaurant. All our Ramen soup is made with vegan friendly and natural ingredients. If you go for a normal Ramen, it has a lot of MSG so it's not good for your health and you shouldn't eat so often. But as I mentioned, we use natural ingredients to make soup, so you don't need to worry about it. Another mission that we have is to help to achieve some of SDGs. As we are a small restaurant, we cannot contribute to all 17 goals but we might be able to contribute to some of them. We waste very few food as we prepare a minimal quantity of food that we need daily. Goal 12 -Responsible consumption and production-

We try not to use plastic stuff. We use steel straw instead of plastic straw. Also we ask our customers to bring their own container when they order take away. We charge for plastic container so that our customers try to bring their own containers. We hope to attract many people, especial those who have never tried our national dish, Ramen to spread our food culture in the world.

[Important Announcement: We’re Raising the White Flag After Just 3 Months!]

9 years in the F&B industry in Hanoi.
6 years since starting vegetarian ramen.

With high hopes, we moved to the Ngoai Giao Doan area in December…
But to be honest — it was a complete flop!

Six times bigger than our previous shop, three times the rent.
We opened with strong determination, but my expectations were far too optimistic.

It seems our ramen was still too early for this area (or maybe there simply wasn’t demand yet) 😂

We recorded impressive losses in both the first and second months.
If we continue like this, my wallet will be empty before my heart breaks — so we’ve decided to withdraw from this location by mid-March.

Closing after just three months. Go ahead and laugh!

But we refuse to go down without a fight.

(Exact date to be announced soon), we will run the following “self-deprecating campaign”:

We still have craft beer kegs left. They’re too heavy to move, so we’re selling them almost at cost! Please help us drink them dry!

Choose any 5 toppings for only 50k!
Sharing is absolutely welcome.

• Happy Hour Cocktails – All Night:
Our signature cocktails will be served at 90,000 VND all night long.

We will pack up and leave on March 15.

Come tease me, or come enjoy “one last bowl.”
(The next location is undecided, and delivery service will be paused after we leave this space.)

Vẫn hỗ trợ giao hàng, nhưng có thể không nhận được đơn tùy theo lượng khách đặt bàn.
Rất mong quý khách thông cảm.

Hiện giờ chỉ mở tầng 2, và có chỗ ngồi cho khách đi một mình.
Không gian mới rộng rãi hơn nhiều, nên rất hoan nghênh khách đi theo nhóm.

Rất mong được đón tiếp quý khách tại Vege-ro mới để thưởng thức một bát ramen thật thư thái. 🍜

For now, we are accepting dine-in guests by reservation only.

Delivery is available, but we may not be able to accept orders depending on our reservation schedule.

At the moment, only the 2nd floor is open, and we also have seating available for solo guests.
The new space is much larger than before, so we’re happy to welcome groups as well.

We’ve just finished moving out of our shop and are starting delivery soon!

To make sure we prepare everything fresh, delivery will be by reservation only:
• Dinner delivery → Order by 12:00 noon (same day)
• Lunch delivery → Order by 10:00 PM (the day before)

📌 Minimum order: 300,000 VND or at least 2 bowls of ramen.

Thank you for your support—we can’t wait to bring our ramen to your home! 💚

Chúng tôi vừa kết thúc việc dọn ra khỏi cửa hàng và sẽ bắt đầu giao hàng sớm! 🚚🍜

Để đảm bảo mọi thứ luôn tươi ngon, dịch vụ giao hàng sẽ chỉ nhận đặt trước:
• Giao bữa tối → Đặt hàng trước 12:00 trưa (cùng ngày)
• Giao bữa trưa → Đặt hàng trước 10:00 tối (ngày hôm trước)
